摘要
法律术语标准化属于立法技术范畴,与我国法制建设密切相关,其目标在于认识和揭示法律术语特点,掌握法律术语标准化的一般规律。文中阐述了法律术语有别于其他术语的特点及法律术语标准化应遵循的几个原则。
The standardization of legal terms that belongs to the field of legislation technology is closely connected to the development of our country's legal system. Its purpose lies in knowing and revealing the features of legal terms, mastering the regular pattern of the standardization of legal terms.
