摘要
传统职业指导理论主要包括两大类:匹配模式和过程模式,本文介绍不同理论流派的发展概况;不同理论流派对职业指导实践的启示:强调人职之间的符合性、强调指导的有效性;以及传统职业指导理论中存在的问题:静态理论与动态社会的矛盾、缺乏对“主体我”的研究。
The traditional career counseling theory mainly contains two types,matching model and process model.This paper introduces the development situation of different theory genres.It analyzes the apocalypse,emphasizing man-job-matching and emphasiaing the efficiency of counseling,which come from the different genres’practice toward career counseling.It also researches some problems:contradiction of static state theory and dynamic theory and lacking of the research toward “I”.
