Reorganization and Construction of the Specialized Laboratory

本文结合我校专业实验室的整合与建设工作,以培养学生实践能力、创新能力为目标,着重从改革实验室管理体制、建立相对独立的实验教学体系、改革实验教学方法、实验室队伍建设等方面介绍了我校在专业实验室实现科学化、规范化管理建设中的具体措施,取得了明显的成效。

Focusing on the reorganization and c onst ruction of the specialized laboratories in and with the aim of cultiv ating students' pr actical ability and creativity,this article gives a n introduction to the speci fic practices conducted by the university and the subsequent effects in the mode rn ization and standardization of the management o f specialized laboratories fr om the aspects of the reform of laboratory management system,the construction o f relatively independent laboratory teaching sy stem,and the reform of laborato ry te aching methodology,and the constru ction of laboratory teaching team.
