噪声环境下耳塞防听损的效果观察

Observation for effect preventing audition harm of earplug in the noise environment

目的观察3M1110子弹型带线耳塞在噪声环境下预防听力损伤的效果。方法通过观察某噪声作业公司的185例男性工人在两年内听力变化的情况,采用X2检验的方法,观察3M1110子弹型耳塞的防听损效果。结果噪声环境下,正确佩带该耳塞,工人听力损伤的增加没有统计学意义(X2=1.623P>0.05)。结论3M1110耳塞可以有效地预防听力损伤。

Objective To observe the hearing loss preventative effect through wearing 3M1110 bullet style ear plugs with string in the noise work environment. Methods 185 workers'2-year hearing changes were sampled from a company with noise workshop. The Chi-square test was used to evaluate the hearing loss preventative effect. Results Under the noise environment, wearing the 3M ear plugs correctly, the hearing loss increase was not significance (X2=1.623 P>0.05). Conclusion Wearing 3M1110 bullet style ear plugs is effective to prevent the hearing loss.
