Intel80C196MC是Intel公司专门为三相交流电机变频调速开发的CPU。具有被称作WFG的波形发生器,可以直接驱动逆变器的6个开关器件。本文提出使用80C196MC 16位单片机作为变频空调室外控制电路的CPU,驱动智能功率模块IPM,以实现对空调压缩机的控制,提高了压缩机的工作性能并达到节能效果,同时给出了部分主要电路原理图。

Intel80C196MC is a kind of CPU designed for inverter of AC-motors.The output port called WFG can produce the waveforms by which six power electronic switches being controlled directly.The paper presents the view of adopting80C196MC16bytes single-chip microcomputer as the CPU of air-conditioner's control circuit outside the room to drive IPM and to realize control of air-conditionˉer compressor.The method helps improve operating characteristics of the compressor and save energy.The main circuits of the system is given also.
