摘要
采用血细胞计数仪和电镜对５０例慢性重型病毒性肝炎（慢重肝）患者进行了血小板分析三项参数和超微结构改变的对比观察研究。结果发现慢重肝患者血小板计数（ＰＬＴ）、平均血小板体积（ＭＰＶ）和血小板压积（ＰＣＴ）均显著降低，ＰＬＴ及ＭＰＶ与ＰＣＴ之间呈显著正相关；电镜观察结果显示血小板形态不规则、活化聚集。颗粒释放以及退化衰变等变化。上述改变可能与慢重肝时体内血小板激活所致血小板退行性变及骨髓巨核细胞系统成熟不良有关。
This paper reports the studies of platelet parameters and
ultrastructure changes in 50 patients with chronicsevere viral
hepatitis(CSVH).Three parameters of platelet were assessed using
Sysmex F-800 Blood Counter.It was found that platelet count (
PLT),mean platelet volume(MPV )and plateletocrit ( PCT )
decreasedmarkedly in CSVH patients. Obvious ultrastructural
abnormalities of platelets were observed by electron
mi-croscope,including the signs of platelet activation,decrease of
granules and cell degeneration. Such changes ofplatelet may be
closely correlated with the platelet degeneration and un-mature of
bone marrow cells
