列宁关于加强执政党建设的思想及实践评析

Lenin's Thoughts and Practices on Strengthening the Building of the Ruling Party

列宁指出“左派共产主义者”的思想方法在主观上是脱离实际和不恰当地乱套革命理论,社会原因则是受到小资产阶级思想的影响。列宁强调党必须高度重视改善人民群众的生活,必须反对官僚主义和必须严格治党。列宁提出必须增加俄共(布)的中央委员会委员,特别是要从工人党员中选举中央委员,以利于改善党中央的领导机关,同时必须加强俄共(布)党内的监督。

Lenin indicated the subjectivity deviating practice and improper application of revolutionary theories based on the ideological method of Left Communist, the social cause of which is the influence from the ideology of petty bourgeoisie. Lenin emphasized that the Party must attach importance to the improvement of the people's living conditions, must oppose the bureaucratism, and must manage the Party strictly. Lenin indicated that commissioners of the Central Committee of the Party must be increased and that central commissioners should specially be selected from labor party members, in favor of improving the central leading department. Meanwhile, the interior supervision of the Party must be enhanced.
