New Issues on Electronic Commerce in WTO

电子商务是世界贸易组织目前关注的重要议题之一,但该议题仍然存在许多悬而未决的问题。本文主要从电子商务新议题面临的网络准入、网络贸易适用规则、网络服务自由化、电子商务与国际贸易便利化、电子商务与知识产权保护以及网络行为管理等问题入手进行分析,从而探讨世界贸易组织对电子商务新议题面临问题的解决方案。

Electronic commerce is one of the most important issues in World Trade Organization (WTO). But to now there are some problems of electronic commerce not to be solved in WTO. Author had explored the these problems from the access to internet, rules applied in internet trade, liberalization of net services, electronic commerce and convenience of trade, electronic commerce and protection of intellectual property, management of behaviors in internet etc. The ultimate aim is to find the possible solution to the new issues on electronic commerce in WTO.
