摘要
商务谈判成功的评价标准如何确定,人们对这个问题的认识存在着一些分歧。谈判标准的塑造对谈判实践活动起着科学的指导作用,对谈判过程的顺利进行具有促进作用。评价商务谈判成功的标准是:既定目标的实现程度;谈判效率的高低;谈判后参与各方关系的维持和发展。
There have been for a long time pitfalls in how to judge a successful negotiation. To set up a criterion for negotiation can play a scientific guiding role in negotiation practice and a driving role in smoothing the negotiation procedure.The evaluating criteria for a successful business negotiation are decided by: the degree of realization of the established target; the effectiveness of negotiation; the maintenance and development of good personal relationship after negotiation.
