摘要
网络资源在方便用户的同时,给社会也带来了新问题。这些问题的解决需要社会的全面关注,这一关注必须以技术为关键、法律为保障、道德为核心。
Network resources have brought great convenience to users, and also a lot of problems to the society. The solution to these problems needs the overall concern of the society, which must regard technology as the key, law as the guarantee and morality as the core.
