The universities,which are undertaking the important tasks of talents fostering,knowledge innovation and social service, are responsible for enhancing the Party's administrative capability.Therefore,it is of realistic and strategic significance to make research on enhancing the Party's administrative capability in the universities.The Party organization in the universities should make the gist of the Fourth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth Central Committee known by the public with deep obligation and down-to-the-earth work style.It is important to constantly enhance overall administrative capability so as to make new progress in all aspects.
