摘要
通过深入发掘马克思主义经典作家关于未来社会所有制、"重建个人所有制",以及资本主义股份制的论述,从理论上加深对十六届三中全会《决定》提出的"使股份制成为公有制的主要实现形式"这一重要观点的理解,以求把握其精神实质和现实意义。
This paper, by studying the Marxist classic authors' discussions about the ownership of future society, 'reconstruction of individual ownership' and the capitalist stock ownership, attempts to, from the theoretical perspective, deepen the understanding of the important viewpoint, i.e. 'making stock ownership be the major realization form of public ownership', which was adopted at the Third Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the CPC. It aims to grasp the spiritual essence and the reality significance of that viewpoint.
