股份制高职院校人事分配制度改革的实践探索

摘要 股份制改革是新时期我国高职教育发展的大胆尝试。股份制高职院校的显著特征是其内部管理体制与运行机制的不同,而人事分配制度的创新是股份制高职院校健康发展的前提。实践证明,股份制高职院校人事分配制度改革的有效推进,需要明确人事分配制度改革的基本原则,坚持人本管理理念,实施绩效导向的岗位工资制度以及建构人性化的人才管理环境。 Joint-stock system reform is an attempt in our higher vocational colleges.The marked characteristic of joint-stock higher vocational college is the difference of its internal management system and operating mechanism,and the innovation of personnel distribution system is the premise of its healthy development.The practice shows that personnel distribution system reform in joint-stock system higher vocational colleges can be pushed efficiently when making the basic principles clear,carrying out the idea of humanistic management,taking performance-oriented the salary system based on the post grades and constructing the environment of humanistic management.
