关于成人高等教育实行学分制的思考

Implementing Academic Credit System in Adult Higher Education

以学分制取代学年制已成为成人高等教育改革的重要趋势。学分制管理模式突破了学年制带来的时空局限性,有利于充分发挥学生的学习自主性,易形成以学习者为中心的教学模式,从而有利于培养出适合社会发展需要的优秀人才。本文阐述了学分制的显著特征,分析了在成人高等教育中实行学分制所面临的难点,并提出了相应的对策。

In teaching reform of adult higher education,it is becoming a leading tendency that credit system management mode takes the place of academic year system management mode.The former mode breaks through the localization of time and space brought about by that of academic year system,fully exerts students' independence.Therefore,it is easier to form learner-center teaching mode and is favorable to foster elitists adapted to social development.This paper expounds at length some striking features of credit system,analyses the difficulties faced during the application of credit system in adult higher education,and consequently suggests relevant countermeasures.
