摘要
与传统工艺相比,薄板坯连铸连轧所生产的产品晶粒细小、强度高、屈强比高、各向性能均匀,适合生产高强度钢板。唐钢薄板坯连铸连轧生产线开发冷轧用钢时,通过优化成分和工艺设计,生产中加强控制,防止LF精炼炉中的增Si、增N,连铸中加强保护浇注,轧制中严格各道次温度制度和表面质量控制,成功开发了冷轧料用钢。产品通过酸洗、冷轧、镀锌后能够满足后道工序的要求。
In course of developing the cold rolling steel on FTSR production line at Tangsteel, through optimizing composition and technology design, enhancing production control, avoiding Si and N increase in LF refining furnace, enhancing protective casting, controlling the temperature on every pass and surface quality strictly, the cold rolling steel was developed successfully for the first time. The production quality meets the requirement of downstream process after pickling, cold rolling and galvanizing.
