Precipitates in High Strength Hot-rolled Strip for Automobile Pilot Produced by CSP Technology

摘要 利用透射电镜研究了珠钢CSP工艺试生产的汽车用高强度热轧板中的析出颗粒形貌与分布;利用AshbyOrowan的弥散强化模型讨论了析出物颗粒尺寸及体积分数与屈服强度的关系。结果表明,在ZJ510LB热轧板的铁素体晶界、晶内及位错上有大量细小的析出物,析出以TiC颗粒为主,细小弥散的析出颗粒产生的强化增量约40MPa,CSP工艺规程充分发挥了微合金元素的潜力。 The morphology and distribution of precipitates in high strength hot-rolled strip (0.16%C-1.22%Mn-0.022%Ti) pilot produced by CSP(compact strip production) technology were investigated by TEM and HRTEM. The relationship of volume fraction and size of precipitates on mechanical properties were analyzed by Ashby-Orowan model of precipitation strengthening. It showed that there are fine and dispersive TiC particles in ferrite grains, on grain boundaries and dislocations. Precipitation strengthening for steel produced by CSP technology is significant, amounting to about 40 MPa. CSP technology is very effective for strengthening by microalloying.
