From the combination of all ways of organization and the methods of the estimation of sampling, the paper starts to introduce the procedure and methods in estimating the overall indicator by delaminated and intercrossing sampling. This sampling technique shows the organic combination of the delaminated sampling and the intercrossing sampling, which is in favor of raising the estimation efficiency of the sampling survey.
