摘要
目的探讨大鼠正中视前核立体定位的技术关键。方法采用国产的立体定位仪对大鼠颅脑进行颅平面固定,参照包新民编著的大鼠脑立体定位图谱,确定正中视前核的定位参数,开颅后用玻璃微管定位,定位后尼氏染色进行神经组织学鉴定。结果正中视前核的定位准确性可达85%。结论确定正确的定位参数,把握定位的技术关键,能够相对准确的进行正中视前核的立体定位。
Objective To investigate the technique in stereotactic median preoptic nucleus of rats. Methods The skull was leveled between the bregma and lambda through a homebred stereotactic apparatus. According to the Brain Stereotaxic Atlas of Rat, the stereotaxic coordination for the MnPO was confirmed. Appropriate holes were drilled, glass microcannula was implanted into the MnPO. In the experiments in which a MnPO tube was implanted, The sections of brain were then stained with 2% cresyl violet to determine the stereotactic site. Results The accurate rate of stereotactic median preoptic nucleus of rats was 85%. Conclusion Precise tereotxis depend on both precision stereotaxic parameter and technique.
