Treatment of lower leg skin and soft tissue defect with latissimus dorsi flap transplant

目的观察背阔肌皮瓣移植治疗小腿大块组织缺损的疗效。方法通过吻合血管的方法进行背阔肌皮瓣移植治疗小腿大块软组织缺损共15例。结果全部病例移植的背阔肌皮瓣均存活,创面得以满意的修复。结论该术式在小腿皮肤软组织大量缺损又无法用局部带蒂肌皮瓣修复的情况下是一种疗效可靠的治疗办法。

Objective to observate the curative effect of treating the large tissues of the lower leg’s defects of latissimus dorsi flap. Methods through the method of anastomosing the blood vessels to carry on transplanting the defects of treatment the tissues of the lower leg in 15 cases. Results All the medical records of transplanting the latissimus sorsi flap are survived The wound was repaired with satisfaction. Conclusion The mothod is the lower leg skin defects of soft tissue and it is useless in local skin flap repairing.It's a curative effect with a reliable treat ment.
