脑梗塞的中医辩证分型与CT表现的相关性研究

Study of Correlation Between CT Findings and the Types of Chinese Medicine of the Infarct of Brain

目的探讨急性脑梗塞中医辩证分型与CT表现的相关性,以求正确指导临床诊断治疗。方法根据中医临床辩证分型,将急性脑梗塞分为中经络证和中脏腑证,总结出187例急性脑梗塞患者的辩证分型与CT表现的规律。结果中经络证以腔隙性脑梗塞为主,中脏腑以大面积梗塞为主,两证的CT表现存在显著差异(χ2=68.23,p<0.005)。结论急性脑梗塞中医辩证分型与CT表现有密切相关性,对脑梗塞患者及时行CT检查有利于正确诊断和辩证治疗。

Objective To discuss the brain infarct the dialectical type of the Chinese medicine and the CT performance, guiding the clinic to examine and treat patients. Methods According to the type,infarct of brain is divided into the medium veins and arteries certificate and medium internal organs certificates, the regulation of the type and the CT performance in 187 cases. Results The Medium veins and arteris certificate with the brain of lacuna obstruct for lord, the medium internal organs with the large area obstruct for lord, the CT performance existence of two certificates have the differences remarkable.(x^2=71.00,P<0.005) Conclusion The brain obstrut dialectical type of the Chinese medicine and CT performance has close correlation.
