摘要
提出一种用PLC控制的全自动准恒压供水系统.这种系统的泵站由扬程相同、流量不等且级差相近的6台离心水泵和两个电接点压力表组成.其中,5台水泵的不同组合启动可获得21级供水流量;压力表可发出供水压力下限和上限开关信号.其控制装置PLC根据供水压力上下限信号的变化自动控制水泵的组合供水,使供水压力始终保持在上下限之间.
It is put forward that a full automatic water supply system at subtotal constant pressure by PLC control for the small uptown.The system supply consists of two pressure meters with electrical contact points and six centrifugal water pumps,which have the same delivery lifts,different flow,and almost equal flow difference of each step.The different combinatory start of five pumps can supply more than 21 steps of supply flow-supplied water.The pressure meters can give the switch signals of up limit pressure and down limit pressure of water supply.According to the change of the up limit pressure and the down limit pressure of water,the PLC automatically control the pumps to realize combinatory water supply,so that the pressure of water can be always kept between the up limit and the down limit.
