从专业选择到职业定位——专用性人力资本视角下大学生就业行为分析 被引量:21

From Major Choice to Occupation Orientation: an Analysis of Occupation Behavior of College Students from the Lenses of Specialized Human Resources Capital

摘要 利用专用性人力资本分析工具,能够较好地解释大学生就业为什么拥挤在城市,为什么偏好于专业对口,为什么在职位流动中偏向于沿海城市和大企业等等一系列问题。为了从根本上解决大学生就业难问题,必须调整现有的“城市指向”的教育培养目标,必须发展“为了农村”的基础教育,必须加大面向农村的职业教育体系建设。同时,进一步加大对大学现有专业的调整。
