摘要
1986年越南进入革新时期以来,采取了赋予和尊重少数民族接受教育的权利、利用多种形式办好民族学校、在招生和生活方面对少数民族学生实行照顾政策;重视民族教育师资队伍建设等发展民族教育的政策和措施,使得少数民族群体的素质和经济生活得到了极大的改善。但越南的民族教育仍然存在诸多问题。如民族地区教育发展总体水平不高;各民族各地区的教育水平参差不齐等等。
Since Vietnam carried out reform in 1986,a series of policies and measures have been adopted to develop ethnic education.They include giving and respecting the right of ethnic minorities to receive education,running ethnic schools through various ways,implementing preferential policy for ethnic minority students in enrollment and life,and attaching importance to strengthening the ranks of teachers of ethnic education.These have greatly improved people's quality and economic life of ethnic groups.However,there still exist many problems in ethnic education in Vietnam such as a low level of overall education development in ethnic regions,and a low level of education development of different ethnic groups in different areas.
