古罗马的学校教育在西方教育史上占据着重要的历史地位,而与之基本处于同一时期的中国汉代学校教育,则为中国封建教育制度的建立奠定了重要的历史基础。二者在教育背景、教学目的及教学内容上既有相似性,又存在一些差异。

School education in ancient Rome won immortality in the history of western education.While school education in the Han Dynasty of China during the same period laid an important historical foundation for the establishment of feudal education system in China.This arcticle is intended to make a comparative analysis of the similarities and differences between the two kinds of school education in aspects of education background,teaching objectives and teaching contents in order to deepen the study on differences in educational development between eastern and western countries.
