摘要
江苏省苏北地区水资源配置监控调度系统工程从2002年开始实施,到目前已完成工程量95%。其主要内容包括信息采集系统、运行监测监控系统、通信传输及计算机网络系统、综合数据库系统、调度运行系统和决策支持系统等6个子系统。在工程建设中对河道水位、流量测量,闸站工程远程监测监控,调度软件开发等关键技术进行深入研究,取得了创新和突破。其中选用的SL超声波多普勒侧视流量仪和开发的应用软件是本系统最为成功之处。本系统工程建设为水利信息化工程的规划、设计、建设、运行积累了丰富的经验。
Water resources monitoring and dispatching system in North Jiangsu province started in 2002 and 95% of the system has been completed. The main contents of the system include 6 sub-systems of data collection, operation monitoring, communication and transformation and computer network, comprehensive database, operation and dispatching as well as decision-making. During the establishment of the system, key measurement technologies were carried out on water level, flow, and remote monitoring gates and software development etc., renovation and breakthrough has been achieved. The most successful part of the system is the selection of SL ultrasonic Doppler side-looking flowmeter and developed software. Rich experience is accumulated in planning, design, construction and operation of water information system.
