摘要 十三陵抽水蓄能电站在采用正井法和爬罐法施工斜井导井遭遇不良地质条件而受阻的情况下,首次成功地应用反井钻机钻凿深长斜井,确保了电站按时发电。改进后的反井钻机设计合理,运行可靠,是国内第一台能钻凿倾角为50°斜井的钻机。在反井钻进过程中的井斜控制和过断层措施,实际偏斜率控制、过断层能力、钻进速度均达到国内领先水平,目前运行情况良好。 The first successful application of back well drill in drilling deep and long inclined shaft was in the Shisanling pump storage power station, which helped to ensure the operation of power station on time, when the construction of diversion well by front well drill method or climbing method met with obstacles caused by poor geological conditions. The design of revised back well drill was improved and operating more reliable. It is the first drill that can drill 50° inclined angles. Its inclining control and over-sectional feature, actual deflection control and drill speed can reach to the highest level in the country. It is in a good operation condition at present.
