摘要
目的 复制肠道部分缺血再灌注 (I/R)损伤动物模型。方法 90只大耳白兔随机分为失血性休克组、肠部分I/R组、假手术对照组、正常对照组。首先复制失血性休克动物模型 ,采用激光多普勒血流仪确定肠系膜上动脉 (SMA)血流量的变化 ;其次 ,自行设计血流阻断器并测试其稳定性 ;最后 ,依据休克模型SMA血流量的变化 ,用自制的血流阻断器部分阻断SMA ,复制肠道部分I/R损伤动物模型 ,同时观察多个脏器病理形态学和功能改变。结果 兔失血性休克后 ,SMA血流量明显减少 ;SMA血流部分阻断 5 0 % ,维持 4小时 ,可造成兔肠道I/R损伤及多器官功能障碍。结论 用自行设计的血流阻断器部分阻断SMA可成功复制出肠道部分I/R损伤动物模型。
Objective To replicate an animal model of partial ischemia and reperfusion injury of intestine.Methods Ninety white rabbits were randomized into 4 groups: hemorrhagic shock,ischemia and reperfusion(I/R),sham operation and normal control.The hemorrhagic shock models were replicated,and the changes of superior mesenteric artery(SMA) blood flow were measured with laser Doppler blood flow meter.According to the changes of SMA blood flow during hemorrhagic shock,the SMA were partially blocked with self-designed blocker in order to replicate the partial I/R model of intestine,the function changes and pathology of heart,liver and kidney were observed.Results The SMA blood flow reduced dramatically in hemorrhagic shock models.The SMA blood flow was blocked to 50%,which induced multiple organs I/R injury and dysfunction after blocking 4 hours.Conclusion To block the SMA partially with self-designed blocker can successfully replicate the partial ischemia and reperfusion model of intestine.
