摘要
弥漫性轴索损伤 (diffuseaxonalinjury,DAI)后 ,β淀粉样前体蛋白 (β amyloidprecursorprotein ,β APP)在轴索内积聚 ,是轴索损伤的一个重要病理标志。许多研究通过 β APP的检测 ,对轴索损伤的程度进行评估。β APP在病理状况下分解生成 β淀粉样蛋白 (amyloidbetaprotein ,Aβ) ,后者具有多方面的神经毒性作用。笔者现对 β -APP的结构、功能、代谢和它在DAI后的表达、作用及其机制进行如下综述。
Accumulation of β-APP occurs in injured axons after diffuse axonal injury(DAI),and it is an important pathological marker of DAI.Axonal injury can be evaluated by detection of β-APP.Under pathological condition,β-APP is decomposed into amyloid beta-protein(Aβ),which has varieties of neurotoxic effects.The structure,function and metabolism of β-APP are briefly introduced,and its expression,effects and mechanism of action after DAI are also reviewed in the paper.
