摘要
本文综述肌腱移植材料的研究进展 ,并对组织工程化肌腱移植技术取得的成果进行总结 ,如种子细胞、细胞外基质材料的应用研究等。指出有利于细胞生长与粘附的生物材料的研制必将推动组织工程化肌腱的研究。
To review the main progress in materials for tendon transplant and achievements in the field of tissue engineered tendon,including application of seed cells,extracellular matrix(ECM),et al.It is considered that biomaterials favorable for cell growth and attachment will develop the research in tissue engineered tendon.
