如何利用现有的常规方法在粉细沙河床上修建永久防洪护堤工程,因其工程造价过高致使社会难以承担;为此,提出采用斜向灌浆护坡新技术修建永久性防洪护堤。由于灌浆护坡具有抗冲强度中等、抗冲耐久性较好、施工快捷方便、造价低廉等优点,在粉细沙河床的河道治理工程中将具有广阔的应用前景。

<Abstrcat>The cost to construct the permanent engineering, which is for preventing the bank from flood using current normal method of construction on riverbed made of sand,is too high to be accepted.Therefore,it is put forward that the permanent anti-flood bank could be constructed by the new technique of infusing syrup in inclined direction to protect slope. This kind of bank has a medium strength and a plenty of wear for anti-flush. It is also convenient and fast to be constructed with low cost. This kind of bank has a wide applied foreground to watercourse renovation for riverbed made of sand.
