摘要
目的探讨不同重建触发单位(%-百分比法和ms-固定时间法)对MSCT冠状动脉成像质量的影响。方法选取连续的12例CT检查过程中心率控制在70次/分以下、没有早搏等严重心律不齐,但采用固定时间法重建冠脉有运动伪影的患者,在原始扫描数据基础上每位患者再分别经百分比法和固定时间法重建,以右冠状动脉作为对比参照,辅以多平面重建、曲面重建等后处理,比较两种不同重建方法对成像质量的影响。结果在12例病人中,4例在固定时间法基础上再采用百分比法重建后图像质量有不同程度改善,其余8例经2种方法重建的图像质量基本相同。结论当心率控制在70次/分以下并且没有早搏等心律不齐的病人,采用百分比法重建有助于消除或减少图像的运动伪影。
Objective To evaluate the image quality with different trigger units (ms and % ) in MSCT imaging of coronary artery. Methods Twelve successive patients with obviously artifact of right cononary artery were respectively reconstructed with two trigger units(ms and %) based on the MSCT raw data.All patients had a regular heart rhythm and the heart rate was under 70 bpm during the CT scanning.Preview reconstruction was used to optimize the phase start setting for the right cononary artery in each patient MPR and CPR images were reformed for taking part in the evaluation. Results When with the relative delay as the trigger unit, the image quality were improved than the absolute delay in 4 cases of 12 patients. But for the other 8 cases with two trigger unit, the image quality was similar. Conclusion With the relative delay as the trigger unit is helpful to reduce the movement artifact of right coronary artery in MSCT.
