摘要
目的探讨排粪造影对直肠前突的诊断价值。方法透视下摄取静坐、提肛、强忍和力排时的直肠侧位片及黏膜相片,分别测量肛直角、耻尾线肛上距及前突的深度、长度,计算出前突的面积。结果1078例中,单纯直肠前突189例,直肠前突合并其它直肠疾病889例,该病是经产妇的常见病。结论排粪造影对直肠前突的诊断是一种很好的检查方法。
Objective To study the diagnostic values of defecography for rectocele. Methods The rectal lateral position and mucosa image were taken photographes under the statement of rest, lifting, straining, defecation through fluoroscopy. The data were collected including anorectal angle, the distance between the anorectal junction and pubococcgeal line and the depth? legnth? area of rectocele. Results In 1078 cases, the 189 cases were simple rectocele, the others were mixed with other rectal diseases. Rectocele is common disease in postconception woman. Conclusion Defecography is a good diagnostic method for rectocele.
