摘要
目的通过动物实验观察重组人骨形成蛋白-2复合材料的盖髓效果。方法用重组人骨形成蛋白-2(rhBMP-2)氧化锌复合材料(A组)、rhBMP-2(B组)、氢氧化钙(C组),将其分别衬洞于已备V类洞底的狗牙上,在规定的时间内给狗口服四环素,四环素的沉积物作为新形成修复性牙本质的标记物。在第95天拔除实验牙,制作横切磨片,在荧光显微镜下观察修复性牙本质形成情况。冠髓制作成常规切片,在光学显微镜下观察。结果三组材料盖髓后形成修复性牙本质的量A组明显高于B组和C组(P<0.05);在实验第60天时,形成修复性牙本质的总量A组为0.668mm,B组为0.487mm,C组为0.224mm。在第90天时,A组为0.834mm,B组为0.609mm,C组为0.255mm。结论rhBMP-2复合材料具有良好的可操作性,能有效地诱导修复性牙本质的形成,且对牙髓的刺激性小。
Objective To assess the effects of recombinant human bone mo rphogeneti c protein-2(rhBMP-2) on pulp capping in dogs. Methods Three diff erent pulp-cappi ng agents(Group A:rhBMP-2-Zinc-oxide composite, Group B: rhBMP-2 and Group C: C a lcium hydroxide ) were lined, respectively, in the bottom of the V cavities that had been prepared in dogs' teeth. The dogs were fed with the tetracycline on f ixed time. The deposits of tetracycline were the sign of new reparative dentin . On the 95~ th day, the teeth were extracted and then made as transection samples. The reparative dentin was observed under a fluorescent microscope. Th e coronal pulps were made as common slices and observed under light microscope. Results The quantity of reparative dentin formed in group A was much higher than that of in other two groups ( P<0.05 ).On the 60~ th experimental day, the quantity of reparative dentin formed after pulp capping in group A was 0.668 mm, in B 0.487 mm, in C 0.224. On day 90~ th , in A 0.834 mm, in B 0.609 mm, in C 0.255mm. Conclusion RhBMP-2 composite is a bioactive pulp capping agent and easy to manipulate. It effecti vely induces the formation of reparative dentin and has little stimulus to den tal pulp.
