摘要
利用弹性流体动力润滑理论,提出了一种能近似计算该新型蜗杆传动的弹性流体动力润滑最小油膜厚度的新方法,并利用该方法对一个滚锥包络环面蜗杆传动实例的润滑状态进行了具体数值计算和分析.实验结果表明该方法是符合实际和有效的.
A new method is proposed to compute approximately elastohydrodynamic lubrication film thickness of the rolling cone enveloping hourglass worm gearing by means of elastohydrodynamic lubrication theory. The particular numerical calculations and lubrication states analyses have been done for an example of this new transmission by this method. Experiments show that the proposed method is practical and efficient.
