摘要 研究了催化氢化法合成α,α-二苯基-4-哌啶甲醇的工艺。以Pt/C为催化剂,考察了反应溶剂,压力,反应时间和催化剂添加比例对催化加氢反应的影响。在优惠的工艺条件下,α,α-二苯基-4-哌啶甲醇的收率可达92.4%,产品纯度为98.8%。 A novel technology of hydrogenation for synthesizing the α, α-diphenyl-4-piperidinomethanol was proposed by using Pt/C catalyst. The effects of solvents, pressure, temperature, catalyst amount and reaction time on the yield were investigated. Under the optimum reaction condition, the result showed that the yield can reach 92.4% and the purity was up to 98.8%.
