摘要
试验采用0.25,0.50,1.00,5.00mmol/L浓度的水杨酸(SA)喷施全球红葡萄幼苗叶片。在秋季越冬前抗寒锻炼期间定期取1年生根、茎,测定质膜相对透性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性的变化。结果表明:外源SA能明显提高全球红葡萄幼苗在抗寒锻炼期间根、茎中SOD,POD活性,降低质膜相对透性和MDA含量;增强了幼苗的抗寒性;1.00mmol/LSA处理表现最为明显。
The red globe grape leaves were sprayed with 0.25,0.50,1.00,5.00 mmol/L SA in the experiment.The one year roots and stems were used as experimental materials to study the effect on the change of the memberance permeablility,MDA,SOD and POD activity in the autumn season.The results showed exogenous salicylic acid could induce SOD and POD activity ,reduce memberance permeablility and MDA contents, increase the winter hardiness of the stems and roots. 1.00 mmol/L SA is the most significant in the treatment.
