摘要 针对锚索延伸率小、不能适应巷道大变形、与锚杆支护力学性能不匹配的缺点,采用理论分析、数值计算和工程实践的方法,研究了锚杆-锚索支护作用互补原理及深井软弱破碎围岩煤巷预应力锚索工程特性;提出了两个重要指标:锚索的承载能力和延伸量.分析了锚杆-锚索支护失败的原因,给出了结合计算机数值模拟和巷道稳定性监测的锚杆-锚索支护设计方法.提出了增加锚索延伸量的技术方法,包括:合理确定锚索位置,滞后安装锚索和安装木垫板.研究成果在邢东煤矿应用中取得了良好的技术经济效果. With bolt and cable anchor supporting technique there are some shortcomings, such as, small elongation, to be inadequate to meet large distortion of the roadway and unsuitable for the mechanical properties of the bolt supporting. Therefore, a complementary principle of bolt and cable anchor supporting was studied under the conditions of soft and broken surrounding rock in deep mine by means of theoretical analysis, numerical calculation and engineering practice. Two important engineering character indexes of coal roadway pre-stressed with cable anchor were put forward. The character indexes are load-carrying ability and elongation of the bolt and cable anchor supporting. The failure reasons of bolt and cable anchor supporting were analyzed and a technical process to improve elongation property of the cable anchor was developed. Also a design method of bolt and cable anchor supporting was proposed combined with the numerical calculation and roadway stability monitoring. This technique has been successfully applied in Xingdong Colliery with good technical and economic effects.
