摘要
设计并实现了适用于GSM(G lobal system formob ile commun ications)网络的便携式无线视频通信终端的接口。叙述了通过DSP TM1300的PC I-X IO口,经UART芯片ST16C550与GSM接口模块MC35连接的设计方案。给出了该无线接口的硬件和软件设计要点,如PC I-X IO口的缓存区控制、多线程同步等。实际测试结果表明,该无线网络通信接口工作稳定,性能良好,平均速率可达1 120Byte/s。
This paper describes the design and implementation of the interface for the portable video communication terminal used over GSM network.It uses the on-chip PCI-XIO port via UART chip ST16C550 to realize seamless and reliable interface between the GSM module and the TM-1300 DSP.Technical details in the hardware and software design,such as PCI-XIO control,as well as multi-threads synchronization,are presented.Real-time tests show that the transmission is stable at about average rate of 1120 Byte/s,which satisfies the design goal.
