摘要
通过对水冷壁腐蚀特征及原因的分析,得出腐蚀主要是由于在投产的早期新管表面状态不良,酸洗过程中Fe3+的过量腐蚀,炉水的全挥发处理造成的炉水pH部分偏低而导致的保护膜破损及运行中系统的泄漏形成的腐蚀等综合因素共同作用的结果。在此基础上提出了防止腐蚀加剧的有效措施,给出具体建议。
<Abstrcat> It analyzes the characteristics and causes of waterwall corrosion and had a conclusion that the main reason of corrosion is the bad states of surface condition of the new tube, during the picking the corrosing of Fe~3+,disrepair of protecting membrane caused by low pH of boiler water result in AVT,and leakage of system in operating.It proposed effect measure to avoid the corrosion.
