保证工程的质量是关系国计民生的大事,原材料质量是决定工程质量的重要因素。文中对工程的材料供应体制和材料现场管理这两方面进行了阐述。

It is very important to ensure the project quality for the national economy and people's livelihood. The Raw material quality is very important factor that will determine the quality of project. In this paper the issue is narrated from two aspects, one is material supply system , the other is material management.
