多元物系传质奇异现象及其阐释

摘要 大多数传质过程是在多元物系中进行的,因而多元物系传质过程研究具有重要意义。多元物系传质过程与二元物系存在本质的差别,由于组分间的交互作用,多元物系传质过程远比二元物系复杂,传统的传质过程理论不能解释多元物系的一些传质现象。介绍了一些多元物系传质奇异现象,对近年来发展起来的多元物系传质过程理论进行了简要介绍,利用多元物系传质过程理论对多元物系传质奇异现象进行了解释。 Most of the mass transfer is happened in multicomponent system. It’s necessary to study multicomponent mass transfer. The transfer process in multicomponent system is greatly different from that in binary one. Due to the interaction of the components, the multicomponent mass transfer is more complex than the binary mass transfer, and the traditional transport theory can not explain some of the phenomena happened in the former system. Some curious phenomena in multicomponent mass and the last theory about it is introduced. The curious phenomena is explained by the theory.
