摘要
三级生物实验室(BSL3实验室)的研究对象都是对个人和环境有高度危险性的致病微生物,如何避免其对环境的影响,成为各国政府、环境保护和相关科研人员高度关注的一个问题。本文将重点阐述三级生物实验室对环境危害的重要因素和防范对策。主要研究了其对环境潜在危害的影响因素和造成危害的基本要素,对实验室的设施建设、安全设备要求、防护性能检测验证以及管理软件建设进行了探讨,以最终实现BSL3实验室的感染性三废(固体、液体和气体)“零排放”的目标。
The research objects of the biosafety level three laboratory( BSL-3 laboratory ) are the infectious microorganisms, which are extremely dangerous to human beings and the environment and highly concerned by governments and scientists all over the world. In this paper,the great potential harm of infectious agents to the environment and the countermeasures against the environment contamination are set forth,with the stress being put on the potential harmful factors and the designing requirements, security facilities, protective examinations and the system of management. The final goal is to guarantee no biological contaminants escaping from BSL-3 laboratory.
