新发现的抗HIV-1蛋白质TRIM5α研究进展

摘要 TRIM5α是一种具有3个结构域的胞浆体蛋白质。新近发现猿猴细胞中的TRIM5α具有抗HIV-1的作用,从而使TRIM5α的研究引起广泛关注。本文对TRIM5α的分子结构特点、抗HIV1的作用、抗病毒机制及其相似蛋白质的功能等方面的最新研究进展作一综述。 TRIM5α ,belonging to the RBCC (ring finger domain,B-box domain and coiled-coil domain) protein family,is a cytoplasmic body protein with three domains.Recently, a newly discovered function of TRIM5α isolated from Rhesus monkey is the potential restriction of HIV-1 and this exciting discovery has attracted widespread attention in the world. In this review, some new advances in research on TRIM5α protein including restriction of HIV-1,molecular characterization, potential antiviral mechanism and its related proteins are reviewed.
