摘要
本研究用猪油、菜籽油、蓖麻油和油酸与醇胺反应,在碱催化下生成烷醇酰胺,然后用有机酸或硫酸二乙酯处理,制成一类丝光型皮革加脂剂。用此类加脂剂处理的猪绒面服装革,成革丝光感好,基本接近国外同类产品的丝光效果。
Alkanalamides are produced by the reaction of alcohol amine with lard oid, rapeseed oil, castor oil and oleic acid under catalysis of alkali, We treat alkanolamides with organic acid or diethyl sulfate, therefor, a kinds of Rilky fatliquor is produced. The Pig suede leather treated with this kinds of fatliguor has silky luster nicely. The effect of silky fatliqucr reaches basieally those of foreign products.
