摘要
目的:初步探讨康氏抗纤颗粒抗肝纤维化的作用机制。方法:用复合四氯化碳诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、康氏抗纤颗粒大剂量组、等效剂量组和干扰素组。观察肝功能、血清透明质酸、肝组织羟脯氨酸、肝脏病理组织学改变及用免疫组织化学法检测肝组织α平滑肌肌动蛋白(αSMA)的表达。结果:康氏抗纤颗粒可以显著改善肝功能,降低血清透明质酸和肝组织羟脯氨酸水平,减少肝纤维化面积,减少αSMA的表达。结论:康氏抗纤颗粒具有良好的抗肝纤维化作用,其机制可能与保护肝细胞调节胶原代谢减少活化的肝星状细胞有关。
Objective:To observe the effect and mechanism of Kan's KanXian Granules treatment hepatic fibrosis.Methods:The pepatic fibrosis's rat was induced by carbon tetrachloride.The experimental objects were divided into five groups:normal control group,model control group,Kan's KanXian Granules vast dose group,Kan's KanXian Granules equal dose group,interferon group.The liver function,serum hyaluronic acid(HA),hepatic hydroxyproline(Hyp)in liver,histological changes and expression of α-smooth muscle actin(α-SMA)of liver were observed.Result:Kan's KanXian Granules can remarked improve the liver function、 drop the level of HA and Hyp,decrease the area of hepatic fibrosis and the expression of α-SMA.Conclusions:Kan's KanXian Granules has reliable action in treatment hepatic fibrosis,which might be due to its protect hepatic cells,regulate the collagen, decrease the active hepatic stellate cells.
