摘要
本文以国内某知名大学美术学院的学生餐厅为例,针对当前学生餐厅设计中一些被忽视的细节,谈及如何进行高效、有序、人性化的学生餐厅设计,指出学生餐厅(食堂)设计不只是对餐厅空间的平面规划及立面、天花的装饰,同时应包括对其经营方式及人们的行为方式的设计,以期达到高效、有序、人性化的目的。
Taking the student dining hall of an Art College in a famous university as an example, this paper discusses how to design an efficient, ordered, and customer-oriented dining hall for students, with emphasis on some details that are usually ignored in designing students′dining hall. The paper argues that the design of a dining hall is not only a concern of space design and decoration but also a meditation on the management mode and regulations on service in order to reach the purpose of efficiency, order and humanity.
