摘要
在数控机床上对非圆轮廓曲线进行加工时,按等步长进行节点计算编写出的加工程序通常段数多,给程序的输入与调试带来困难,直接影响机床的使用效率.将遗传算法应用于用加工中心进行非圆轮廓曲线加工时的节点计算优化中,根据等拟合误差和插补圆弧段最长的原则,利用遗传算法自适应迭代寻优的概率搜索,获得全局最优解来进行节点计算,并用一个算例证明了该算法的可行性.
NC programs with the same steps for noncircle curves of a workpiece are of too many sections and difficult to input and debug, which affects the efficiency of a NC machine tool.The possibility search method of selfadaptable iteration optimization of genetic algorithm is applied to optimize the nodal calculation of cutting programs of noncircle curves of the workpiece according to the principles of equal fitting errors and longest interpolation arcs and then the global optimal solution of node calculation is achieved.An example for the algorithm is also presented to certify its feasibility.
