麦草碱性过氧化氢制浆的研究

摘要 0 前言硫酸盐(KP)法是所有传统制浆方法中应用最广的一种化学制浆方法。KP法适应性广,可以成功地进行碱回收,但KP法并不很适应非木材纤维原料的制浆。主要原因是不但未漂KP法纸浆难以漂白,而且在蒸煮中要产生恶臭气体。新的PA法制浆不仅适应于非木材原料,而且也适应于木材原料,原浆白度高,易漂白。由于我国木材原料短缺。 Hydrogen peroxide-alkaline pulp prepared from wheat straw is called PAP(peroxide-alkaline pulp) of wheat straw. It's cooking liquor is mixed water with hydrogen peroxide, sodium hydroxide and DTPA ect.. But sodium hydroxide and heat are recovered from waste liquor and not polluted air. The feasibility has been searched for the hydrogen peroxide-alkaline pulp prepared from wheat straw in this paper. The investigation shows that it is possible to prepare PAP with wheat straw ect., The pulp is characterized by high yields, high strength, light colour, high bleaching properties and low pollutant in the waste liquor.
