摘要
国内电信运营商间的竞争越来越激烈,单纯的价格战将对竞争双方造成损失。因此,电信运营商都在寻求改善服务质量、提高市场竞争力的方法。本文研究了数据仓库数据析取与联机分析处理的有效方法,并采用OLAP技术建立了以“客户行为分析”为主题的移动决策支持系统,使得用户能方便、快速地从多个角度观察、分析数据,同时为数据挖掘应用提供了良好的基础。
Competition in the wireless telecommunications industry is fierce. To keep winner, wireless carriers are try their best to improve service quality. Research in this paper focus on how to build data warehouse and implement On-Line Analytical Processing. The decision support system(DSS) of China Mobil based on OLAP is established. And its issue is analysis of subscriber behavior. The DSS not only make it possible to analysis the business data in many aspects conveniently and quickly, but also provide a good prophase work for data mine.
