摘要
本文利用x—ray衍射分析的K值法对微晶玻璃进行晶体定量分析的原理,对可切削生物微晶玻璃中的两种主晶相——钙氟金云母和氟磷灰石进行了定量分析。研究表明,在玻璃析晶热处理过程中,氟磷灰石在大约750℃开始析出,其后含量逐渐提高并稳定在21wt%左右;钙氟金云母与亚稳相钙长石在品化过程中,存在一个互为消长的关系。文章根据这些结果,讨论了玻璃析晶过程中的相转变机理。
The principle of a matrix-flushing method for quantitative analysis by XRD is described is the present paper and the contents of ca-phlogopite and fluorapatite in a machineable bioactive glass-ceramic are determined by this method. The study shows that the main crystal phase fluorapatite begin to precipitate at about 750℃ and its amout increases gradually until reaches about 21 wt% at about 825℃. It is found that the growth of the other main crystal phase Ca-phlogopite is influenced by the growth and an decline of the metastable phase anorthite, that is, when anorthite appears and grows rapidly, the growth rate of phlogopite is markedly slowed down, and when anorthite declines, phlogopite grows rapidly again. Based on those results, phase transition mechanisium of the glass-ceramic during crystallization is discussed.
